The land size is 11 hectares (110030 sq.m. or a little over 27 acres) The access to this subdivision from Moscow by highways is rather fast and easy, the highways are really excellent. The subdivision is only 7 miles from the city of Pushkino, a good-size city of about 100 thousand people with schools, hospitals and all the necessary social infrastructure. There is a brand new McDonald's Restaurant 8 miles away.

The area around the subdivision serves as a recreation zone, with many out-of-town summer camps, sanatoria and health resorts. There is an elite boarding school nearby. All around there are many nice homes. A few hundred yards from the land (within a walking distance) there is a large grocery store.

The land is nice and compact, cozily located among woods surrounding it on three sides. On the west, the land borders on a wooded camp compound which serves as a summer school for cadets. This school grounds are a beautiful park. It is anticipated that the lots by the woods can be enlarged by leasing out a stretch of the forest.
